SAMARTH DAVE(Owner& Director of ExhaleYogaSchool & Lead Trainer)-Our School is registerd with YogaAlliance USA I'm Lead Teacher. Im graduated from Ayush Yogdarshanam Mysore. I am extremely passionate about spreading the awareness of SELF discovery and unlocking each beings true potential. I used to work with Citi Group than I started my studio at Himalaya Mall in January 2010 I teach practice of Flow n PowerYoga for better shape of specific body areas like waist hips arms thighs etc. I prefer good capacity n stamina. In this short time I created good brand by delivering result with students. I also train dance students at Dance classes for Flexibility, Balance and strength. I'm also associated with BellyDance students of Dance Academy for better movements of abdominal area. We ALL desire and deserve to be Happy and in LOVE... What if all it took was a shift of mind; A subtle change of perception, or eventual deletion of, until the TRUTH of ALL living became so apparent and clear- we could see and experience all AS IT IS... Perfect. And what if that shift made all the difference in someone's life, but all they needed was to be awakened to it?! What if you could help that process... one person at a time? ...I would think that's a progression in changing the world:) In teaching PowerYoga- It's not just about Asana (the physical practice,) as many may think... We are teaching deeper connect of breath body n emotion, Universal love.
