Anise Oil Anise Essential Oil is highly used in flavoring as well as aromatherapy. Aniseed essential oil is extracted from the seeds of the herb Pimpinella. Aniseed oil offered by us is highly soluble and appreciated for its fruity odor and sweet smell. Storage : Well closed in air tight containers away from sunlight and heat preferably in amber color glass containers. Extraction Aniseed oil is extracted by the process of Steam Distillation, from the dried ripe fruit and seeds. Chemical Composition Linalool, camphene, b-pinene, a-pinene, cis-anethole, anisaldehyde, trans-anethole, safrole and acetoanisole.
