The Institution has been rightly named by Mrs. Shanti Malla as "Atma Jagriti". Atma means 'Soul' and Jagriti means 'Awakening'. So, Atma Jagriti means 'The Awakening of the Soul to a New Beginning'. The foundation aims at developing the mankind on both spiritual and mental levels. The foundation emphasis the need to spread knowledge for the development of mankind, ultimately leading them on the path of Self Realization. There are many practical courses provided by our Institute. The word "Practical" implies that the teaching can be practiced in the world, in the midst of family, career and social obligations. If one sincerely practices; he will surely achieve the goal of self realization; a state bliss and a state of perfection.
