Soham Yoga is run by Dr Umesh Joshi who is ex-Faculty of Degree College, Kotabagh (Nainital) who has vast experience in the field of yoga and has been conducting yoga classes in the NCR. Dr. Umesh Joshi was born at Wari Village in Nainital in 1980. He did his initial education in Haldwani. He got technical education before starting his career in yoga. Thereafter, he did M.A in Sociology, M.A in Education and M.A in Yoga. Apart from this he did Diploma in Naturopathy (NDDY). Dr. Umesh Joshi worked as a faculty of Yoga in Kotabagh degree college, Nainital. He has been serving in the field of Yoga since 2001 by organizing camps and workshops in various places of India with administrators, students, especially able people etc. He formed a NGO, “Maa Jagdamba Yog Avyam Sanskritik Samajik Sewa Samiti” in 2005. This NGO is working remarkably in the field of Health, Yoga and Education. His parents played vital role in his efforts.
