About Swayum Yoga

Swayum Yoga, was established in 2001, by Mrs. Mona Chheda. Mona who has been found of yoga since childhood, has gone through various training programs in different schools of yoga. She is a BSc. Graduate from Mumbai University and has undertaken training from prominent Yoga teachers and institutes. She has turned her passion to profession by teaching authentic yoga practice as per the need and requirements of the students. She is instrumental in training hundreds of students since 2001.
