We are giving enough time for simulated teaching for teaching practice, which allows our trainees to become experienced teachers. There is a lot of focus on teaching postures (Asana), how to do an asana in such a way that it does not hurt anyone.We consider the anatomy and physiology of the human body. After that, we teach the trainee to become an expert in alignment of postures. We show them what is the incorrect pose and what is the correct pose and then how to assist someone.
